Daily Check-ins and Personalized Approach

Program Director Guidance
- The program is guided daily by a Program Director experienced in natural health, whose primary role is the daily observation of your health progress. Every morning your Program Director with do a group check-in. You will need to fill out a special documentation called Morning Wellbeing Sheets and Program Participation Form, which will review and ensure that your questions and concerns are answered.
- Program Director also typically will do with you an upon-arrival orientation to the program, mid and end-program celebration, and group times (though these may be done by other team members, too).
- Before you leave, your Program Director will prepare for you Post-Program Re-Entry Tips to take home to continue on a healthy path.
- Please note that the Program Director is at the retreat in the morning during specific hours, and there is no 24/7 supervision at the Fresh Start because we are not a hospital. While assisting you with your health issues, the Program Director has specific duties and is not freely available for personal questions or support. Their primary responsibility, besides studying your morning forms, is program process explanation, group dynamics management, new guest orientation and integration and ensuring that the group is on track with the program participation.
Your Individual Program Planner
- The preparation for your program starts well in advance, before your arrival. We collect as much information as possible via questionnaires and share it with the professional team.
- An experienced team member will study your health profile, assessments, and program goals in detail. Based on these, they will prepare for you an Individualized Health Plan consisting of One-on-One Treatments and Supplements.
- On the first day, you’ll receive your schedule with the first three days of appointments (Mon to Wed).
- In 2-3 days, your Planner will meet with you for an Explanation Consult to review the results of your before and upon-arrival assessments and the plan.
- By the end of Wed, you’ll receive your appointments for the rest of the week.
- On Friday, your next week’s plan will be prepared.
- You’ll briefly meet with the Planner on Saturday to confirm your following week’s appointments.
- Note: Before and throughout the program, your Program Planner may sometimes spend multiple hours evaluating current and new information and thinking through your plan. They work with the Program Director and occasionally communicate with practitioners to ensure your needs are met, and your health plan is well-designed and works for you.
- The Program Planner, most of the time, works behind the scenes or offsite because this work requires a lot of focus.

Team Support
- Every staff member is a hand-picked, professional member of our team. They work together on three physical, emotional and soul-level levels to share their unique knowledge.
- Whether in a fitness class or a workshop, everyone on staff will thoroughly understand the process you are going through and how you may feel physically or emotionally and will provide you with sincere support and love. Our goal is to create a safe environment where you can dress casually, cry, share, laugh, be yourself and go (or not go) to the places you need to heal.
- The most personal attention you’ll receive during one-on-one treatments. While your Program Director and other operation team work with you as a group, and your Program Planner sees you only during consults and weekly appointment confirmation meeds, the practitioners have a unique opportunity to spend time with you tet-a-tet.
