I was a hot mess

My goal was to regulate my bipolar condition

I had a huge problem with nocturnal eating

I was in an emotional crisis and suffered with sciatica

What brought me was mental wellness

I did not expect to change so much energetically and in my heart

I’ve had aches all over: sciatica, shoulder pain, chest pain – without any obvious cause!

After helping veterans and their families, I developed PTSD

I am able to regulate myself even on emotional days with minimum or medication

I feel tremendous amount of joy

From an emotional standpoint, I haven’t felt better in years

I look in the mirror, and I’m happy with what I see, and I’m happy with what I feel
