I was broken and grieving my mom’s death

I’ve had a rough six years and just completely burnt out

I realized that I didn’t hate everybody else, I hated myself

I was finally able to put the puzzle together

I thought I had a big emotional problem but the issue was my physical health

I released old thoughts and PTSD triggers

I have more place in the world
